Design and proofs
Do I need finished artwork?
No. A logo, a rough sketch or a written description is enough. Our designers create the artwork for free.
How fast will I get a proof?
Within 24 hours on business days. Complex 3D designs can take a little longer and we will let you know.
How many revisions can I request?
As many as you need. Production only starts when you approve the final proof.
What file types do you accept?
AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG and JPG. Vector files are best, but any image works to get started.
Ordering and pricing
What is the minimum order?
50 pieces for coins, patches and medals. 100 pieces for lapel pins.
Are there setup or mould fees?
Not on most orders. Any extra cost is shown clearly on your quote before you approve.
How do I pay?
We accept credit cards, e-Transfer and purchase orders from government and institutional buyers. Payment is due after proof approval.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We keep your artwork on file, so reorders are quick and usually cost less.
Production and shipping
How long does production take?
Usually 2 to 3 weeks after proof approval, plus shipping time. We confirm your delivery date on the quote.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush production is available on most products. Tell us your in-hand date on the quote form.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, standard tracked shipping is free to any address in Canada. International shipping is quoted separately.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. If there is a production error, we will remake or refund the affected pieces.
